Our Rockport Massachusetts vacation rental has a private bathroom, DirectTV, free wireless internet, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, wood burning fireplace, hairdryer and plenty of free parking.

We have a few adult bicycles which we are happy to lend when available. There is also an outdoor gas grille for your added pleasure.

Are you thinking of bringing a pet? Please contact me. My biggest concerns with pets are: 1. the peace and quiet for other guests (ie. he/she is not a big barker) and, 2. cleanliness. I do ask folks traveling with pets to cover any furniture where he/she may sit or sleep.There is a $50 weekly pet fee and, of course, you are financially responsible for any unexpected damages caused by your four legged friend. If you are comfortable with these caveats, I will be most inclined to welcome you all to The Seaward.

Enjoy beautiful ocean vistas as our property is next to the ocean and has wonderful views of Rockport Harbor and Sandy Bay. Guests will enjoy many nearby amenities and attractions including Rockport Golf Club, kayak rentals, Halibut Point State Park, restaurants, art galleries, the Shalin Liu Performance Center.
