Spruce is a cozy cottage with wonderful ocean views from all three rooms. The rooms consist of a living room, bathroom with tub/shower, and two bedrooms – a queen size bed in one room and a twin size bed in another. Although most guests prefer the front yard Adirondack chairs for relaxing, socializing and dining, the cozy living room includes a television, love seat, kitchen table and a working wood burning fireplace. Wake up in this tranquil oasis; enjoy your coffee listening to the gulls, the sea breezes and watching the boats come and go. Take a walk along a seaside path to Old Garden Beach for a quick dip or just experience the charm, serenity, and unspoiled beauty that is The Seaward. It’s a little piece of heaven! Our vacation cottage rental is nearby to a wealth of Rockport attractions and restaurants.

This adorable apartment is perfect for an ocean getaway. The apartment was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and many amenities. You can't beat the gorgeous ocean view from the front room. The apartment is an easy walk or short car ride to Rockport, a quintessential New England oceanside town. Nancy was a wonderful and accommodating host. We will definitely be back to stay again!
The Seaward is a very relaxing, peaceful location. The accommodations were very very clean and comfortable. We had a cute front deck with rocking chairs to sit and watch the breath taking ocean views. We rode up from Boston by train...Nancy picked us up from the train station and gave us a tour of Rockport by car. We were given bicycles to get around the village. I can't tell you how much fun we had...Highly recommended!
We had a marvelous time at the Seaward and in Rockport. The cottage was spacious and bright and clean - with everything my husband and I needed, including a small kitchenette. Nancy is a warm and gracious host. The views are spectacular. Rockport offers a lot. We went several times to Rockport's terrific Shalin Liu performing arts center, swam in the ocean, biked and walked all over town and to the beaches. We will go back.
