Gully Point offers accommodations for up to 3 people comfortably. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the living room has accommodations for an additional guest. At Gully Point, you will also enjoy a deck with ocean views and rocking chairs. Our adjacent unit, Loblolly Cove (which has a similar layout and is right next door), shares the semi private deck and can be rented together with Gully Point if desired for larger parties. Our vacation rental property is nearby to attractions and restaurants. Enjoy all The Seaward has to offer for your Rockport getaway.

This adorable apartment is perfect for an ocean getaway. The apartment was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and many amenities. You can't beat the gorgeous ocean view from the front room. The apartment is an easy walk or short car ride to Rockport, a quintessential New England oceanside town. Nancy was a wonderful and accommodating host. We will definitely be back to stay again!
The Seaward is a very relaxing, peaceful location. The accommodations were very very clean and comfortable. We had a cute front deck with rocking chairs to sit and watch the breath taking ocean views. We rode up from Boston by train...Nancy picked us up from the train station and gave us a tour of Rockport by car. We were given bicycles to get around the village. I can't tell you how much fun we had...Highly recommended!
We had a marvelous time at the Seaward and in Rockport. The cottage was spacious and bright and clean - with everything my husband and I needed, including a small kitchenette. Nancy is a warm and gracious host. The views are spectacular. Rockport offers a lot. We went several times to Rockport's terrific Shalin Liu performing arts center, swam in the ocean, biked and walked all over town and to the beaches. We will go back.
